You are invited to go on a journey with me. Over the next year, darrelltomasek.com will
take a close look at Spiritual Leadership.
This journey into the aspects of Spiritual Leadership will focus closely
on the concept of shepherding. This is the
dominant imagery that Scripture uses as it talks to us about leadership in our
world.
Through this journey we will look closely at who we need to
be, who God is, what God has called us to do, and what characteristics we need
to embody. These blog posts will
primarily proceed out of my devotional reading each day. My prayer is that God will use this time to
sharpen me as a leader and maybe use it to touch you as well.
Some of you will say, “I’m not a leader.” My contention is that all of us are
leaders. Whether it is in your home, at
work, or simply in your interaction with friends, we are all leaders. So, join me for the journey and let’s see
what God does.
